You know those kids who hide behind their parents' legs but peak out at you? And then you kneel down to talk to them and the child grins and starts being all cute? That's Holly. Holly sits in her cubby, and, when you approach her, she turns her back to you. But just give her a second and you'll see her turn her head over her shoulder to look back at you. If you touch her back ever so slightly - shy kid is now all grins and cute.
Holly enjoys attention, loves to play and loves to be petted. She is a bit shy at first, and, when there is activity in the shelter, you can usually find her sitting in her cubby watching everyone. When its quiet she is more active, and as mentioned above, if you focus your attention on her she comes to life!
Holly is a youngster at 1.5 years old and would do best in a quiet home.
